Use of this website

This website is operated by Caliber Recovery & Wellness ("Caliber", "we", "us"), a recovery equipment rental company based in Denver, Colorado. By browsing this site or submitting a rental request, you agree to these terms.

You may use the site to learn about our equipment and to request a rental. You may not use it to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to copy our content for commercial use, or to submit requests you do not intend to complete.

Nothing on this website is medical advice. We describe what each device does and how it is operated. We do not diagnose conditions, recommend treatment, or tell you whether a device is suitable for your situation. That is a decision for your surgeon, physical therapist, or other qualified healthcare provider.

Rental requests

Submitting the rental request form does not create a confirmed booking, reserve equipment, or authorize any charge. It is a request.

After you submit, we check availability for your dates and contact you to confirm delivery details. We aim to respond within one business day, Monday to Saturday. If the equipment you requested is not available, we will tell you and offer alternatives where we can.

A rental exists only once we have confirmed availability, you have accepted the itemized total, and payment has been taken. Until all three have happened, either side may walk away at no cost.

Pricing and availability

Weekly rates shown on product pages are the rental charge only. They exclude delivery, pickup, and any applicable tax, both of which are calculated and shown to you at confirmation before payment.

All equipment is subject to availability. Published rates may change. The rate that applies to your rental is the one stated on the confirmation we send you, not the one displayed when you browsed.

Recovery Package rates are weekly and apply to the full package. Package discounts do not stack with other promotions. You can rent any device individually at its published rate.

Caliber is a cash-pay rental business. We do not bill Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance, and we do not provide documentation for insurance reimbursement.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to rent from Caliber. If equipment is being rented for someone under 18, an adult must enter into the rental and take responsibility for its use.

We deliver within the Denver metropolitan area. Some equipment can be shipped outside that area by arrangement. See our Delivery, Pickup & Return Policy.

Some devices require a healthcare provider's order. The Breg Polar Care Wave is one: its manufacturer states that United States federal law restricts the device to sale by, or on the order of, a medical professional. Where a device-specific requirement applies, we state it on that product page, and we will ask you for the order before confirming your rental.

Limitation of liability

We provide equipment in working order, cleaned, sanitized, and function-tested. We do not warrant that any device will produce a particular result for you, because recovery outcomes depend on your condition, your provider's plan, and factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caliber's total liability arising out of or relating to a rental is limited to the amount you paid for that rental.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost earnings, delayed recovery, or costs arising from equipment being unavailable.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the City and County of Denver, Colorado.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your rental is the one published on the date we confirmed it. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
