Rental terms

A deliberately simple model. Weekly periods, cash-pay, fees quoted before you commit, and extensions by phone or text.

How renting works

Payment Cash-pay by card, collected after we confirm availability.
Insurance Not billed at launch. No Medicare, Medicaid or private insurance.
Extensions Weekly, by phone or text before your current period ends.
Delivery and pickup Quoted separately and shown before payment.
Card on file Held for rental protection, per the rental agreement.

No hidden fees

We do not hide required costs until after you have committed. If a fee applies to your rental, it appears on the confirmation before payment is taken.

Cleaning, testing and verification

Every returned rental is inspected, cleaned and function-tested before it goes to the next customer, using each manufacturer's own cleaning instructions.

Each unit carries a Cleaned & Inspected sticker.

We describe this accurately

Equipment is inspected and cleaned. We do not claim rental equipment is sterile, because it is not, and no honest rental company can say otherwise.

  • ✓ Inspected on return
  • ✓ Cleaned to manufacturer instructions
  • ✓ Function-tested before dispatch
  • ✓ Cleaning recorded in our log

Something not right on arrival? Call or text before using the equipment and we will sort it out.

Extensions, returns and damage

Extending

Contact us before your current period ends and we will extend weekly. Most people who extend do so once, for a week or two.

Returning early

Rental periods are charged in full weeks. Returning early does not reduce the charge for the week already started. See the cancellation policy for details.

If something breaks

Call or text us. Normal wear is on us. Please do not attempt repairs, and do not use a unit that is visibly damaged.

Damage and loss

The rental agreement sets out what counts as damage beyond normal use, and what happens if equipment is lost. Read it before you pay.

Still not sure what you need?

Tell us what you are recovering from in the request form, and we will confirm whether the equipment fits before anything is charged.
