Delivery, Pickup & Return

How equipment gets to you, and how it comes back.

Service area

We deliver and collect across the Denver metropolitan area, including Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, Littleton, Centennial, Englewood, Wheat Ridge, Arvada, Westminster, Thornton, Northglenn, Commerce City, Broomfield, Golden, and Greenwood Village.

If you are not sure whether your address is covered, ask us before you request. We confirm that your address is within the service area before taking payment. If it is not, we will tell you rather than charge you and sort it out afterwards.

If your address falls outside that area, contact us. Some equipment can be shipped by ground carrier and some cannot: larger items such as the CPM and the knee scooter are delivered locally only.

Delivery fees

Fees quoted on the request form are estimates. The final fee is confirmed against your address before payment.

  • Denver metro, standard scheduled delivery — $35
  • Denver metro, same-day where available — $65
  • Ground shipping, outside metro — from $45, quoted by destination
  • Collection from Caliber — no charge

The delivery fee covers both delivery and collection at the end of your rental. There is no separate pickup charge.

Same-day delivery depends on the route and the time of day you request it. We will tell you whether it is possible before you pay for it.

Scheduling

We arrange a delivery window with you when we confirm your request. Standard lead time is one to two business days from confirmation.

Our delivery hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and Saturday, 9am to 4pm. We do not deliver on Sundays.

Someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive the equipment, because we hand it over and, where relevant, demonstrate it. We do not leave equipment unattended.

If nobody is present at the agreed window, we will contact you and reschedule at no charge. A $25 fee applies to a second missed delivery.

Setup and demonstration

For the more complex devices we set the equipment up in the room you will use it in and demonstrate how it works. This is offered where operationally possible — ask when we confirm your request.

Every delivery includes a written Caliber quick-start card and the manufacturer's own instructions.

Setup means assembling and demonstrating the equipment. It does not include advising you on settings, duration, or frequency of use, which come from your provider.

You need a suitable power outlet and enough clear space for the device. For the Hooga panel you also need a mounting point or door for the supplied hanging kit; a floor stand is not included.

Return and collection

Contact us by phone or text before your rental period ends to schedule collection, or to extend.

Return everything that was delivered: the device, accessories, cables, controllers, pads, and any case. Missing items are charged as set out in our Equipment Care, Damage & Loss Policy.

Please wipe the equipment down before collection. Full cleaning and sanitization is our job.

Equipment not made available for collection after the period ends continues to be charged weekly until we recover it.
