How a referral works

  1. You share Caliber

Hand the patient a card or QR code, or point them to caliberwell.com.

  2. They choose equipment

They browse by recovery need, or go straight to the device you named.

  3. They send a request

No payment at that step. We confirm availability with them directly.

  4. We handle the rest

Delivery, setup, support, extensions and pickup are between us and the patient.

Our role, clearly stated

Caliber is an equipment rental company. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or direct treatment. Referrals are educational and logistical: you decide what your patient needs, we make the equipment available and explain how to operate it.

Prescription and order requirements

Some devices in our fleet carry manufacturer or regulatory restrictions that require a provider order.

The Breg Polar Care Wave is the clearest example: Breg's own documentation states that US federal law restricts the device to sale by, or on the order of, a medical professional. We ask patients for that order before confirming the rental.

Where a device-specific requirement applies, we state it on the product page rather than leaving the patient to find out at checkout.

Still not sure what you need?

Tell us what you are recovering from in the request form, and we will confirm whether the equipment fits before anything is charged.
