Frequently asked questions
If your question is not here, call or text us. We would rather answer it than have you guess.
Renting
-
Browse products or recovery needs, pick your equipment and rental period, and submit a rental request. We confirm availability and delivery details, then collect payment.
-
Rental periods run in weekly increments, subject to availability. One week is the minimum, and two- and three-week rates are published on every product page. Longer rentals are handled as an extension or a custom quote.
-
Yes. Contact us before your current period ends and we will extend it weekly.
-
A purchase option may be available on selected equipment. Contact us for current pricing and availability.
-
Travel policies depend on the device and are set out in the rental agreement. Check with us before taking equipment out of the area.
Paying
-
After we confirm availability. You will get an itemized total covering the rental charge, delivery fee and any applicable tax, plus the rental agreement to review, before anything is charged.
-
Not at launch. Caliber is a cash-pay rental business, so we do not bill Medicare, Medicaid or private insurance.
-
No deposit at launch. We keep a card on file for rental protection, as set out in the rental agreement.
Delivery and equipment
-
The Denver metro area at launch. If you are outside it, contact us, some equipment can be shipped.
-
Every returned item is inspected, cleaned, sanitized and function-tested before it goes to the next customer, using each manufacturer's cleaning instructions. Scan the QR sticker on your unit to see when that was last done.
-
Call or text us. We will troubleshoot with you and, if the unit needs replacing, arrange that. Please do not attempt repairs yourself.
Medical questions
-
It depends on the equipment and how you plan to use it. The Breg Polar Care Wave carries a federal restriction to sale on the order of a medical professional. Where a device-specific requirement applies we state it on the product page. In all cases, follow your healthcare provider's instructions.
-
We can explain what each device does and how the options differ. We cannot recommend treatment. For medical decisions, follow your provider's guidance.
Still not sure what you need?
Tell us what you are recovering from in the request form, and we will confirm whether the equipment fits before anything is charged.
