How it fits into your recovery
SmartCuffs 4.0 is best suited to a defined BFR rehabilitation or training block. It can support low-load strength work when heavier external loading is not appropriate, but the protocol and pressure guidance should come from a qualified professional and the manufacturer instructions.
| Guided rehabilitation | When BFR has been included in a provider-directed rehabilitation plan |
|---|---|
| Low-load strength work | When a qualified professional wants muscular training with lower external loads |
| Return-to-training | As part of a structured progression directed by a provider or qualified trainer |
| A Defined training blocks | When BFR is needed for a limited period rather than as a permanent home device |
