Need more time? Call or text to extend. When your rental is complete, Caliber coordinates collection from your door.

Breg's product documentation states that United States federal law restricts this device to sale by, or on the order of, a medical professional, and that it is intended to be used by or on the order of licensed healthcare professionals. Please have that order in place before requesting this rental. We will ask for it when we confirm availability.

Yes. Unlike most of our fleet, the Polar Care Wave carries a federal restriction to sale on the order of a medical professional. Contact us if you are not sure what that means for your situation.

Pads come in knee, shoulder, universal and other configurations. Tell us your recovery area in your request and we will confirm the right pad before you pay.

The unit uses ice and water, which you top up as needed. Written instructions are included and we can demonstrate at delivery.

Every returned unit is inspected, cleaned and sanitized using the manufacturer's own cleaning instructions, then function-tested before it goes out again. Scan the sticker on your unit to see the date that was last done.

Call or text us. We will troubleshoot over the phone and, if the unit needs replacing, arrange a swap. Please do not attempt repairs yourself.
